    • 摘要: 设计了一种新型的智能钻井离层监测系统,使用太阳能板的供电方式并将GPRS无线通信技术运用于系统中。系统采用智能传感器采集离层位移量,采集到的信息经M-bus总线传输到微处理器STM32F103RCT6中,信息得到进一步的处理后,通过GPRS无线通信的工作方式传输到监测计算中;监测计算机可以实时显示离层监测数据,能够实现钻井离层的无线监测,并且能够实现报警功能。

       

      Abstract: We designed a new type of intelligent drilling bed-separation monitoring system, which uses the power supply mode of solar panels and applies GPRS wireless communication technology to the system. The system adopts the intelligent sensor to collect the displacement of the bed-separation. The collected information is transmitted to the microprocessor STM32F103RCT6 via the M-bus. After the further process of the information, it is transmitted to the monitoring and calculation through the GPRS wireless communication. Monitoring computer can display real-time monitoring data of bed-separation, and can realize wireless monitoring of drilling bed-separation and alarm function.
