    氮气震动压裂解堵工艺在煤层气井储层改造中的应用

    Application of Nitrogen Vibration Fracturing and Plugging Removal Technology in Reservoir Reconstruction of Coalbed Methane Well

    • 摘要: 针对常规水力压裂工艺中压裂液含水带来的水敏、水锁伤害以及固体颗粒堵塞孔喉、裂缝的现象,提出了1种以氮气作为压裂介质进行煤层气井储层改造的措施,并研制了氮气震动压裂解堵工艺井下工具串,结合裂缝监测以及后期产能跟踪,评价了氮气震动压裂解堵工艺的应用效果。研究结果表明:井下工具串可实现震动、释放、压力监测3项主要内容,能够很好地满足工艺的需要;从裂缝监测数据上看,压裂响应半径在140 m左右,造缝能力较好;从压裂解堵前后产能效果上看,2口未压裂煤层气井与邻近水力压裂煤层气井产能相当,但排采周期大大缩短,2口已压裂井在解堵后产能均有所提高,储层改造效果较好。

       

      Abstract: Considered about the water sensitivity, water locking damage and the blockage of pore throat and cracks caused by the water in the fracturing fluid of conventional hydraulic fracturing process, this paper proposes a method of coalbed methane reservoir reformation with nitrogen as fracturing medium. It develops a construction tool string of nitrogen vibration fracturing and plugging removal technology, evaluates the application effect of nitrogen vibration fracturing and plugging removal technique through crack monitoring and post production tracking. The research results show that the tool string for nitrogen vibration fracturing can achieve three main contents of vibration, release and pressure monitoring, which can well meet the needs of process; looking from the effect of blocking capacity before and after fracturing solution, the productivity of two unfractured coalbed methane wells is similar to its adjacent hydraulic fracture coalbed methane wells, but its production cycle is shortened. Therefore, both of the productivity of two fractured wells have improved after unplugging, and the reservoir reconstruction effect is good.
