    • 摘要: 基于保护层开采条件下煤层膨胀变形特征,运用FLAC3D5.0对朱集西矿远距离上保护层开采采条件下,被保护层的应力变化及膨胀变形量进行了分析;同时对被保护层瓦斯抽采流量进行了现场考察。结果表明,保护层开采过后被保护层最大膨胀率达2.2‰,保护层工作面推进40~80 m范围内,被保护层单孔瓦斯抽采流量由0.05 m3/min增加至0.35 m3/min,煤层透气性显著增加,对被保护层煤层有一定卸压影响,在卸压影响区内结合钻孔卸压瓦斯能够减低或消除被保护层的突出危险性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the characteristics of swelling deformation of coal seam under the mining of protective layer, the lower protected layer stress change and expansion deformation were analyzed by using FLAC3D5.0 under the conditions of remote distance protective coal seam of Zhujixi Mine. And the protected layer gas flow was examined. The results showed that after the protective layer mining, the maximum expansion rate of the protected layer reached 2.2‰ after mining, and within the range of 40 m to 80 m in the working face of the protective layer, the gas extraction flow of the single hole of the protected layer increased from 0.05 m3/min to 0.35 m3/min. The gas permeability of the coal seam increases significantly, which has a certain pressure relief effect on the coal seam of the protected layer. The combination of borehole pressure relief gas in the pressure relief impact zone can reduce or eliminate the outburst risk of the protected layer.
