    Influencing Factors Study on Near Misses of Coal Mine Gas Based on Grounded Theory

    • 摘要: 为了科学预防并控制煤矿瓦斯险兆事件发生,需要明确瓦斯险兆事件影响因素,以便采取相应的管控策略。采用扎根理论的研究方法对文献、访谈和事故案例等资料进行开放性译码、主轴译码、选择性译码、理论饱和检验得出设备质量技术、企业技术管理等16个主范畴,将其分为安全管理体系、员工综合素质、作业设备、作业空间环境4个核心范畴,最终构建出包含2个主要因素,4个核心范畴,16个主范畴的瓦斯险兆事件影响因素指标体系,并根据该体系提出提高作业人员综合素质、建立PDCA循环管理体系等措施以减少瓦斯险兆事件的发生。

       

      Abstract: In order to scientifically prevent and control the occurrence of gas hazards in coal mines, it is necessary to clarify the influencing factors of gas hazards in order to adopt appropriate control strategies. Using the research methods of grounded theory, 16 main categories, such as equipment quality technology and enterprise technology management, are obtained through open decoding, spindle decoding, selective decoding and theoretical saturation test on literature research, in-depth interviews and case studies, which are divided into four core areas of safety management system, overall quality of staff, operating equipment, work space environment, finally, an index system of influencing factors of gas near misses containing 16 main categories with 2 main factors and 4 core categories is constructed. According to the system, we propose the measures to improve the quality of workers, and establish PDCA cycle management system and other measures to reduce the occurrence of gas near misses.
