    巷道通过黏土陷落柱支护技术

    Support Technique of Roadway Passing Through Clay Collapse Column

    • 摘要: 针对由黏土塌陷形成的陷落柱内巷道有效支护问题,以安家岭二矿9#煤主运大巷为工程背景,通过对巷道变形机理的分析,提出了以锚杆为临时支护,以“U型钢支架+钢筋网+壁后粉煤灰充填”为永久支护的巷道支护方案。利用能量平衡原理计算了粉煤灰充填层的厚度。采用数值模拟软件,分析了有无粉煤灰充填材料时支架的受力和位移特征。数值模拟和工程实践结果表明,粉煤灰充填材料能够吸收围岩弹性变形能,避免产生集中应力,同时防止围岩风化和降低膨胀应力,巷道围岩控制效果明显。

       

      Abstract: Based on the effectively support problem of collapse column in roadway formed by the clay collapse, the main transport roadway of No.9 coal seam in Anjialing No.2 Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. With the analysis mechanism of roadway deformation, the roadway support scheme taking the rock bolt as temporary support and “U-steel support +steel fabric + fly ash filling behind the wall” as permanent support is proposed. The thickness of fly ash filling layer is calculated by using energy balance principle. The stress and displacement characteristics of the support with or without fly ash filling material were analyzed by using numerical simulation software. The results of numerical simulation and engineering practice show that the fly ash filling material can absorb the elastic deformation energy of surrounding rock, avoid the generation of concentrated stress, prevent surrounding rock from weathering and reduce expansion stress, and the control effect of roadway surrounding rock is obvious.
