      Abstract: A set of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system is developed. The working principles of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system and the main equipment composition are introduced. The problems needing attention in the construction of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system and the basic principles are analyzed in detail. The problems in construction are discussed in detail, and the solutions are provided. The practical application shows that the X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system is stable, reliable, accurate monitoring parameters, can effectively realize the internal structure of the conveyor belt.
