    Analysis of Ventilation Safety and Reliability of Working Face in Automatically Forming Roadway by Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief

    • 摘要: 为了研究柠条塔煤矿采用切顶卸压自成巷开采的工作面“一通三防”安全性,在分析切顶卸压自成巷核心理论、关键技术、核心材料、核心工艺、核心装备和巷道部署及通风特点基础上,结合试验工作面S1201-Ⅱ基本条件,分析了工作面通风系统、瓦斯、自然发火和粉尘的特征及威胁。分析结果表明:切顶卸压自成巷技术消除了煤柱引起的“松散三角空区”,减少了采空区漏风通道,采用的“Z”型通风系统结构简单,能够降低上隅角灾害气体浓度;工作面及留巷内不存在瓦斯浓度超限威胁;切顶卸压自成巷技术消除了工作面之间煤柱,减少了采空区自然发火物质基础;采用切顶卸压自成巷技术开采的工作面产生粉尘地点和产尘量与传统长壁工作面开采工艺一致,不增加粉尘危害性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the safety of “one ventilation and three preventions” under automatically formed roadway with cutting roof and stress relief, based on analyzing following items, such as, core theory, key technologies, core materials, core technologies, core equipment, the deployment of the roadway and ventilation characteristics of the new technology, combined with the conditions of S1201-II test working face, the paper focuses on analyzing the principles and risks for working face ventilation system, gas, spontaneous combustion, dust. The study indicates that the technology eliminates “loose triangle empty area” by coal pillars, reduces the goaf air leakage channels. And the structure of Z type ventilation system is simple and useful to reduce the gas concentration at the upper corner. There is no threat of gas concentration over limit in the working face and the remaining lane. The technology makes it unnecessary to reserve the coal pillars between working faces, reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
