    The Application of Man-machine Engineering in Coal Mine Machinery Design

    • 摘要: 通过对煤矿生产中发生机械事故的分析,表明在煤矿机械的使用过程中,人的不安全行为是引起事故发生的一个直接的原因。针对这个原因,提出了以人为中心的设计思想,考虑矿山作业的实际工作环境,试图用人机工程的方法实现煤矿机械的人机一体化,使得设备操作宜人化,提高煤矿机械的工作效率,生产的安全性。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of coal mine machinery accidents in coal mine production,it is showed that the unsafe behavior of human is a direct cause of the accident during the use of coal mine machinery.For this reason,the paper proposes a human-centered design thinking that considers the actual work environment of mining operation and attempts to use the man-machine engineering method to achieve man-machine integration of coal mine machinery,which enables the apparatus to operate pleasantly and improves the working efficiency and production safety of coal mine machinery.
