    Structure Design and Processing Technology of Pipe Cutting Drilling Tools in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下钻孔内注浆套管残留影响到后续煤层开采的问题,提出对注浆套管进行多段切割,分段起拔的施工工艺;研制了一种高效率长寿命定点切割孔内多层套管的割管钻具,对割管刀头进行结构设计和加工工艺研究,理论计算钻具实现定点多段切割套管的冲洗液泵压控制参数。试制了2套的割管钻具进行现场试验,试验结果表明,割管钻具结构设计合理,实现冲洗液控制刀头开闭合操作和定点多段切割功能;电镀金刚石刀头结构设计和加工工艺合理,金刚石刀头能一次性高效率割透多层套管。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that grouting casing residues in borehole of coal mine affect subsequent coal seam exploitation, we proposed the technology of multi-section cutting and segmented pulling of the sealing sleeve, developed a kind of high efficiency multi-layer pipe drilling tool in fixed point cutting hole, studied the structure design and processing technology of cutting pipe head, theoretically calculated the flushing fluid pump pressure control parameters of the drilling tool for multi-section cutting casing. Two kinds of pipe cutting tools with two properties were tested on site. Test results show that, pipe cutting tool structure design is reasonable, which realizes the function of flushing fluid controlling the opening or closing of the tool head and multiple segment cutting at point, and the cutting head structure design and processing technology is reasonable, diamond head can cut multi-layer casing with high efficiency.
