    • 摘要: 通过对国内外广播通讯技术研究成果的学习和总结,在对SIP协议、ARM开发技术等理论进行深入研究的基础上,将软件开发、SIP互通互联、人工智能等相关理论应用到矿山公共信息与应急广播系统的制定和实施过程中;结合SIP、ARM、GIS和广播通讯等技术,实现矿山用公共信息与应急广播系统功能设计;结合监控系统、视频监控、人员定位等多系统实现融合、联动,将事前预警及时通知,结合事后响应,降低矿山突发事件的危害程度。

       

      Abstract: By learning and summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign broadcasting and communication technologies, based on the in-depth study of SIP protocol and ARM development technology theory, the formulation and implementation of the software development, SIP interconnection, artificial intelligence and other related theory is applied to the mining system of public information and emergency broadcasting; combined with SIP, ARM, GIS and radio communication technology, mine-used public information and emergency broadcasting system function design is achieved; combined with the monitoring system, video monitoring system, personnel positioning and other systems, the integration, linkage, the early warning and timely notify are achieved; combined with the response of the event, the damage degree of the mine emergency is reduced.
