    Design and Construction Technology of Batching Hole in Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 投料孔作为将地面的固体物料直接输送至井下的快捷通道,解决了矿井建设和生产过程中的辅助运愉问题,具有缩短施工工期、减少成本的意义。通过对同发东周窑煤矿投料孔设计与施工工艺的研究,分析了钻探事故发生的原因;在钻孔偏斜控制、套管安装和固管过程中,通过有效的组织,严格把控每个环节,最终质量达到了施工要求。

       

      Abstract: The batching hole is a shortcut channel that conveys solid material from ground to underground. It can solve the problem of auxiliary transportation during mine construction and production, shorten construction period and reduce cost. The design and construction technology of batching hole in Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine was studied. The causes of drilling accident were analyzed. In the process of drilling deviation controlling, casing pipe and well cementing, every section was strictly controlled. The result indicates that the project quality achieves the requirement.
