    基于MVC模式的刮板输送机状态监测系统

    Scraper Conveyor Condition Monitoring System Based on MVC Mode

    • 摘要: 针对目前组态软件开发的刮板输送机状态监测系统,提出了一种基于MVC开发模式的刮板输送机状态监测系统。使用MVC开发模式的目的是实现Web系统的智能分工,减少开发周期,与后期加入智能算法后的智能控制。实验调试结果表明,该监测系统能够对实验平台中刮板输送机工作状态参数的数据进行采集、传输、通讯、实时显示和报表输出等功能。

       

      Abstract: For the current scraper conveyor condition monitoring system developed by configuration software, a condition monitoring system for scraper conveyor based on MVC development mode is proposed. The purpose of using the MVC development pattern is to realize the intelligent division of the Web system to reduce the development cycle and the intelligent control after the later addition of the intelligent algorithm. Experimental debugging results show that the monitoring system can collect, transmit, communicate, display and report output data of working state parameters of the scraper conveyor in the experimental platform.
