    Study on Feedback Compensation Nitrogen Injection Process Under the Influence of Gas Extraction

    • 摘要: 高抽巷负压抽采采空区瓦斯技术条件下,采空区注氮惰化效果削弱。为了达到“合理治灾、经济治灾”的目的,基于高抽巷气体成分,利用质量守恒定律,提出了衡量采空区瓦斯抽采强度和注氮量匹配程度的计算准则,新颖的提出“注氮扰动系数”这一概念,并将其值域中的7%~9%作为调整注氮量的判别阈值,形成了瓦斯抽采影响下反馈补偿注氮工艺,并将该工艺应用于N3042工作面的治灾。

       

      Abstract: The effect of nitrogen inerting in goaf is weakened under the condition of gas extraction in high suction roadway with negative pressure. In order to achieve the goal of “rational disaster management, economic disaster management”, based on the gas composition in high drainage roadway and the law of conservation of mass, a calculation criterion for measuring the matching degree of gas extraction intensity and nitrogen injection quantity in goaf is proposed, the concept of “disturbance coefficient of nitrogen injection” is proposed, and the disturbance coefficient in the range of 7% to 9% is taken as the criterion for adjusting the injection capacity of nitrogen, the formation of gas drainage under the influence of the nitrogen injection process feedback compensation. The technology has been applied to disaster recovery at the N3042 working face.
