    ZDY4000LD(A)型中深孔定向钻进装备在成庄矿的应用

    Application of ZDY4000LD(A) Directional Drilling Equipment for Medium-deep Borehole in Chengzhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对整体布局式定向钻进装备在中小型巷道施工定向钻孔存在的问题,结合此类矿井煤层气抽放钻孔存在钻孔深度较浅和抽采率较低等难题,提出了采用分体布局形式的ZDY4000LD(A)中深孔定向钻进装备进行钻孔轨迹精确可控的瓦斯抽放钻孔施工方式。在晋煤集团成庄煤矿进行了现场试验,2个试验区域共完成6个定向瓦斯抽采钻孔施工,单孔最深孔深450 m,分支总数45个,累计进尺3 639 m,试验总进尺14 280 m。现场试验验证了ZDY4000LD(A)中深孔定向钻进装备性能可靠,能力适中,工艺适应性强,搬迁灵活的特点,对于提高中深孔定向钻进综合施工效率具有显著作用。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems existed in the construction of the integrated directional drilling equipment which is used in the middle and small coal mine, combining with the technical problems of shallow drilling depth and low extraction rate of the gas drainage drilling in this kind of coal mine, the ZDY4000LD (A) medium-deep borehole split directional drilling equipment was provided to the directional gas drainage drilling. A drilling test was carried out in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Group. In two experimental areas, six directional gas extraction drilling boreholes were completed. The depth of the single drilling borehole was 450 m, the total number of drilling borehole branches was 45, the total footage of single drilling borehole was 3 639 m, and the total footage of all drilling borehole was 14 280 m. The outstanding feature of ZDY4000LD (A) medium-deep borehole directional drilling equipment was verified by the drilling test, such as reliable performance, moderate ability, strong adaptability and flexible relocation, which could improve the construction efficiency of directional drilling in medium-deep boreholes.
