    Experimental Study on Spontaneous Combustion Characteristics of Different Degrees of Metamorphic Coal

    • 摘要: 利用程序升温实验装置对不同变质程度的煤进行氧化升温实验,对实验过程中的临界温度变化,CO、CO2、CH4浓度变化等的关系进行分析。分析结果表明:煤的临界温度随煤的变质程度增加而升高64.79 ℃(长焰煤)、69.86 ℃(不黏煤)、71.23 ℃(气煤);CO、CO2、CH4 3种气体升温过程中的浓度变化随变质程度的增加而减小;煤的氧化自燃倾向性在一定程度上随煤的变质程度的增加而降低。

       

      Abstract: The oxidation heating experiment of coal with different degrees of metamorphism was carried out by means of programmed heating experiment device, the relationship between critical temperature change, CO, CO2 and CH4 concentration change in the experimental process were analyzed. The results show that: the critical temperature increases with the increase of metamorphic coal of 64.79 ℃(long flame coal), 69.86 ℃(non-caking coal) and 71.23 ℃(gas coal); the concentration of CO, CO2 and CH4 decreases with the increase of the metamorphic degree. To a certain extent, the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal decreases with the increase of coal metamorphism.
