    Technology of Gob-side Entry Retaining Using Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Column

    • 摘要: 为了解决鲁西煤矿采掘接替紧张局面,实现高应力条件下的高效沿空留巷目的,基于鲁西煤矿3A02工作面工程地质条件与问题,提出了“钢管混凝土墩柱+柔性垫层+控顶锚索+巷内加强支护+防风措施”的新型沿空留巷技术方案,合理优化设计了沿空留巷技术参数;重点对钢管混凝土墩柱沿空留巷的现场施工工艺进行了研究,解决了墩柱架设、灌注、辅助加强支护等关键技术环节,形成了完善的施工工艺流程。经过现场工业性试验,该新型沿空留巷技术方案很好地保证了预留巷道的完整性,对巷道围岩进行了稳定控制且施工工艺流程简单,达到了高强、高效的沿空留巷效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the tense situation of excavation and replacement of Luxi Coal Mine and realize the purpose of high-efficiency gob-side entry retaining under high stress conditions, based on the engineering geological conditions and problems of A02 working face in the 3rd lower section of Luxi Coal Mine, this paper proposes a new kind of roadside supporting technology which is composed of concrete-filled steel tubular column + flexible cushion+ roof control anchor cable + reinforcement in the road + wind protection measures for gob-side entry retaining, the technical parameters of roadway along gob are optimized. This paper mainly studies the on-site construction technology of concrete-filled steel tubular piers gob-side entry retaining, and solves the key technical links of pier erection, perfusion and auxiliary strengthening support, thus forming a perfect construction process. Through the industrial test in the field, the new technology scheme of gob-side entry retaining ensures the integrity of the reserved roadway and controls the surrounding rock stably; moreover, the construction process is simple, which achieves the effect of high strength and high efficiency of gob-side entry retaining.
