    Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Coal Rock and High Performance Inorganic Grouting Material Development

    • 摘要: 基于煤矿井下不同现场注浆加固工程对注浆材料性能的需要,研发了新型无机双液及单液注浆材料。前者具有突出的快凝、早强特性,2种组分混合后5~15 min固化,1~8 h强度可达8~15 MPa。该材料主要应用于叠加应力、构造区、动压等复杂条件下具有较强时效性要求的大变形巷道浅孔注浆加固工程;后者具有突出的高渗透、高强特性,其细度达2 000目(6.5 μm),在(0.6~0.8)∶1水灰比下,最终强度可达50~70 MPa。该材料主要应用于采煤工作面防片帮深孔注浆加固工程。

       

      Abstract: Based on the needs of different grouting reinforcement projects at the mine site for the performance of grouting materials, a new type of inorganic double liquid and a kind of single liquid grouting material were developed. The former has the characteristics of rapid solidification and early strength. The grout will be solidification in 5 min to 15 min after two components mixed, and the strength of grout stone can reach 8 MPa to 15 MPa at 1 to 8 h. The material is mainly used in the reinforcement engineering in large deformation roadway under complex conditions such as superimposed stress, tectonic area and dynamic pressure. The latter has high permeability, high strength characteristics, and it’s fineness can reach 2 000 mesh. The ultimate strength of the material can reach 50 MPa to 70 MPa at water cement ratio of(0.6 to 0.8)∶1. The material is mainly used in the coal face of the deep hole grouting reinforcement engineering for preventing wall caving.
