    • 摘要: 为了研究反循环取样钻头对不同硬度煤体的切削粒度分布规律,采用现场试验考察和实验室测定相结合的方法,对反循环定点和孔口排渣2种取样工艺进行了煤层取样对比。结果表明:反循环定点所取煤样测定的坚固性系数值可真实反映取样位置处煤层的硬度情况;反循环所取煤样的粒径分布规律与取样深度无关,但与取样钻头钻齿的结构相关;针对不同值的煤层,同一种取样钻头钻取的不同粒径的煤样质量分数稍有差异,但粒径的分布规律大致相同。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the particle size distribution of drillings which were cut from coal with different hardness by reverse circulation sampling bit, reverse circulation sampling and orifice air sampling were compared by using the method of field test and laboratory measurement. The results are as follows: the hardness of the coal seam at the sampling position can be truly reflected by the strength factor of coal drillings which were obtained by reverse circulation sampling. The particle size distribution of drillings cut by reverse circulation sampling is independent of the sampling depth, but it is related to the structure of the drill bit teeth. For coal seams with different f values, the mass fraction of different particle sizes coal samples obtained from the same sampling drill bit is slightly different, but the distribution of particle sizes is roughly the same.
