    Optimization of Intelligent Ventilation System in Wanglou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对王楼煤矿现有PLC通风控制系统存在的响应缓慢、分析失准等问题,通过理论分析和现场试验相结合的方法,提出一套基于总线技术的智能通风控制系统,并进行现场应用。研究结果表明:随着矿井深部延伸,矿井通风系统趋于复杂,传统PLC控制系统使用过程中多存在响应缓慢、分析失准等问题,不能快速产生联动、调整风流;基于总线技术的通风控制系统具有数据采集、操作执行、险情报警、冗余设计4个独立模块,可对通风数据准确分析处理,远程控制井下通风设备,具有可靠性高、反应迅速的特点;通过王楼煤矿13307采煤工作面及13301掘进工作面的CO2释放测试试验,验证了矿井通风控制系统的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of slow response and misalignment analysis of PLC ventilation control system in Wanglou Coal Mine, a combined method including theory analysis and field test was used to propose an intelligent ventilation system, and it was used to the field. The results indicated that: the ventilation system tends to complicate with the extension of the depth of coal mine, and the traditional PLC control system has many problems, such as slow response and error analysis, which cannot quickly produce linkage, adjust the air current; the ventilation control system based on the bus-technology including data collection, operation executive, risks waring and redundancy design has the features of the high accuracy and quick response, and it can analyze the ventilation data precisely and control the ventilation device in remote; the release and test of CO2 in 13307 panel and 13301 excavation panel was implemented in Wanglou Coal Mine, which validates the validity of this ventilation system.
