    盾构机掘进煤矿巷道超前探测系统

    Advanced Detection System for Shield Tunneling Coal Roadway

    • 摘要: 设计了一种盾构机掘进巷道超前探测实时监测系统,包括硬件、激励模式和测量模式等;利用三维电阻层析成像方法获得测量区域内部各点处的电阻率分布。实现对盾构机前方地质情况的三维电阻层析成像显示,为盾构机在巷道掘进过程中实现超前探测提供了解决方案。

       

      Abstract: A real-time monitoring system for advanced detection of coal mine tunnels driven by shield tunneling machine is designed, which includes hardware, excitation mode and measurement mode. The resistivity distribution at each point inside the measuring area is obtained by using a three-dimensional (3D) electrical resistance tomography method, which realizes 3D electrical resistance tomography of the geological condition in front of the shield tunneling machine and provides a solution for shield tunneling machine to realize advanced detection in coal mine roadway.
