    • 摘要: 液压绞车以油液作为工作介质,是一种载荷很大的绞车。通过AMESim软件对开式液压绞车进行仿真分析发现:重物的质量,转动惯量,溢流阀设定压力和蓄能器对液压绞车的起吊性能有较大影响。重物质量越大,起吊的速度波动越小;适当增加卷筒的转动惯量可以降低速度波动,系统稳定的时间基本不变;适当降低溢流阀设定压力值也可增加系统稳定性,降低液压系统受到的液压冲击力;在系统中加蓄能器能够吸收液压冲击力,但是系统的稳定时间会有所增加。

       

      Abstract: Hydraulic winch is a high load winch with oil as working medium. AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the open-type hydraulic winch, it was found that the quality of the weight, the moment of inertia, the set pressure of the relief valve and the accumulator have great influence on the lifting performance of the hydraulic winch. The greater the weight mass, the smaller the fluctuation of lifting speed. Appropriately increasing the moment of inertia can also increase the stability of the system, and the settling time of the system is basically unchanged. Properly reducing the set pressure of the overflow valve can increase the stability of the system and reduce the hydraulic impact on the hydraulic system. Adding accumulators in the system can absorb hydraulic impact, but the settling time of system will increase.
