    Temperature Online Detection System for Internal Temperature of Hydraulic Brake in Coal Mining Machine

    • 摘要: 针对于制动器制动过程中盘内温度过高会导致制动失效的问题,设计了一种采煤机用多盘制动器盘内制动温度检测系统。系统由上位机和下位机2部分构成。上位机部分主要是以QT5.5软件平台作为上位机界面开发环境;下位机以ARM公司的STM32F205VB控制器为核心,对制动器盘内温度采集和处理,将得到的数字信号传入到上位机应用程序中。系统实现了对制动器盘内温度精确检测并在上位机中实时温度曲线绘制以及温度报警功能。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of brake failure due to too high temperature in the brake process, a multi-disc brake temperature detection system for coal mining machine is designed. The system consists of host computer and slave device. The host computer part is mainly based on the QT5.5 software platform as the host computer interface development environment. The slave computer takes the STM32F205VB controller of ARM Company as the core, collects and processes the temperature in the brake disc, and passes the obtained digital signal into the host computer application program. The system realizes the accurate temperature detection of the brake disc and the real-time temperature curve drawing and temperature alarm function in the application.
