    上榆泉煤矿综放工作面采空区“三带”划分实践及防灭火技术

    Practice and Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology of “Three Zones” Division in Goaf of Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Shangyuquan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为准确划分上榆泉煤矿10#煤层综放工作面采空区“三带”分布规律,以I031001综放工作面为研究对象,采用沿工作面全断面布设测点,观测随工作面推进采空区O2、CO、CO2、CH4等气体变化规律,并进行总结分析。以O2浓度作为划分指标,划分了采空区自燃“三带”宽度,结合10#煤层最短自然发火期,推算出了工作面极限安全推进速度。并结合矿井实际情况,相应的提出了注浆、注氮、控制漏风等综合防灭火技术措施。

       

      Abstract: In order to accurately divide the distribution laws of “three zones” in goaf of No.10 coal seam fully mechanized caving face in Shangyuquan Coal Mine, taking I031001 fully mechanized caving working face as the research object, measuring points are arranged along the full section of the working face to observe the gas change law of goaf O2, CO, CO2 and CH4 with the advancing of working face, and carry on the summary analysis. The concentration of oxygen is utilized as division indicators to separate the width of spontaneous combustion “three zones” in goaf. According to shortest spontaneous combustion period, the minimum safe advancing speed is calculated. Comprehensive fire-prevention measures such as grouting, nitrogen injection technology and air leaking control are proposed by the combination of the actual condition of this mine.
