    Treatment Measures of Quality Defects and Fractured Shaft Wellbore

    • 摘要: 济宁二号煤矿副立井存在井壁质量缺陷、粉化、渗漏等问题,严重威胁井筒作业人员及装备的安全。采用调查、现场检测、水质等分析发现,井壁混凝土浇筑质量控制不佳、井壁出水是井壁缺陷、粉化的主要原因,针对井壁的现状制定了“渗漏水点化学注浆封堵+缺陷及粉化区域锚网喷修复+井壁壁面硅烷浸渍防腐”的总体治理方案,目前井壁已完成修复近1年时间,没有发生新生粉化、渗漏现象。

       

      Abstract: The defects, cracks, and leakage of the shaft wellbore in Jining No.2 Coal Mine seriously threaten the safety of wellbore operators and equipment. The investigation, field test and water quality were used to show that the poor quality control of concrete pouring in the well wall and the water outlet of the well wall are the main reasons for the defect and fracture of the well wall. In this paper, the overall treatment plan of “leakage point chemical grouting sealing + defect area anchor net injection repair + wall surface silane impregnating corrosion” is developed. At present, the well wall has been repaired for nearly a year, and no new ruptures or leakage occurred. The experience can be used for similar projects.
