    Study on Positive Spillover of Safety Culture to Miners’ Life

    • 摘要: 为了深入研究煤矿安全文化对矿工生活的积极溢出模型,提出煤矿安全文化的6个测量维度及积极溢出的2个测量维度,并结合社会影响理论,构建煤矿安全文化的积极溢出模型,采用结构方程模型对其进行验证性分析。结果表明:安全培训教育对价值观溢出的路径系数最大,其对行为溢出的总效果最强,矿工的价值观溢出会对其行为溢出产生明显的正向作用。

       

      Abstract: To study the positive spillover of coal mine safety culture to miner’s life, the six measurement dimensions of coal mine safety culture and two measurement dimensions of positive spillover are proposed, and the model of positive spillover of coal mine safety culture is constructed by combining the social impact theory, and the structural equation model is used to verify it. The results show that: safety training and education has the greatest path coefficient to value spillover, and its total effect on behavior spillover is the strongest, the overflow of miners’ values will have a significant positive effect on the overflow of their behaviors.
