    Analysis of Major Accidents in Coal Mines Based on Improved FRAM Model

    • 摘要: 为提高煤矿重大事故致因分析的准确性,通过利用STEP模型对现有的FRAM系统理论模型进行改进来对煤矿重大事故进行致因分析。结果表明,改进后FRAM模型共发现6处导致案例事故发生的关键失效链接,包括下达生产任务和安全生产之间失效连接,维修设备和通风、瓦斯监测之间失效连接等。最后,根据失效连接制定相对应屏障措施来保证对重大事故的控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of cause analysis of major accidents in coal mines, the existing FRAM system theoretical model is improved by using STEP model to analyze the causes of major accidents in coal mines. The results show that the improved FRAM model has found six critical failure links, including failure links between production tasks and safety production, failure links between maintenance equipment and ventilation, gas monitoring and so on. Finally, the corresponding barrier measures should be made according to the failure connections to ensure the control of major accidents.
