    Study on Proportion of Rock Similar Materials Based on Dimensional Analysis

    • 摘要: 为了研究相似材料配比试验中单轴抗压强度的影响因素,通过π值法构建无量纲模型的方法,研究了单轴抗压强度与配比总量、砂量、石灰量、石膏量及养护天数之间的关系。结果表明:使用Matlab对以单轴抗压强度为控制因素的无量纲模型处理分析,在剔除独立π项和协变量(养护天数)后,所得的对数函数模型可以较为准确的计算出单轴抗压强度,函数相关系数接近1,标准误差也控制在3%左右。经验证,模型预测结果和实测值有很好的一致性,无量纲模型在配比试验参数的研究方面具有其合理性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influencing factors of uniaxial compressive strength in the matching test of similar materials, using the method of constructing dimensionless model by π-value method can get the relationship between the intensity of pressure and the total amount of the mixture, the amount of sand, the amount of lime, the amount of gypsum and the number of curing days. The results show that using Matlab to deal with the dimensionless model with uniaxial compressive strength as the control factor, the dimensionless compressive strength can be calculated accurately with the function model obtained after eliminating the independent π item and covariates (conservation days), and the correlation coefficient of the function is close to 1, the standard error is also controlled at about 3%. It is verified that the model predictions and measured values are in good agreement. The dimensionless model has its rationality in the research of proportioning test parameters.
