    瓦斯抽采钻孔“钻-割-封”技术研究及应用

    Research and Application of Drilling-slotting-sealing Technology for Gas Drainage Borehole

    • 摘要: 为提高煤层透气性、改善抽采钻孔封孔质量,强化瓦斯抽采效果,消除煤层突出危险性,依据高压水射流破煤机理,提出“钻-割-封”技术,即对瓦斯抽采钻孔及封孔段周边煤体切割径向环形缝槽,然后注浆封孔。通过现场试验,验证采用“钻-割-封”技术钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果。现场试验结果表明:采用“钻-割-封”技术的抽采钻孔瓦斯浓度提高20%~30%,瓦斯抽采纯量相较于常规钻孔提高约1倍,实现煤层的卸压增透,提高了钻孔密封性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the permeability of coal seam and the sealing quality of gas drainage borehole, strengthening the effect of gas drainage and eliminating the danger of coal seam outburst, this paper proposed the drilling-slotting-sealing technology based on the mechanism of high pressure water jet breaking coal. That is to cut radial annular seam groove around gas extraction borehole and sealing hole section, and then grouting sealing hole. The effect of gas drainage borehole applied the drilling-slotting-sealing technology is verified through field test. The field test shows that: the gas concentration of the borehole using drilling-slotting-sealing technology increases 20% and 30%, and the net amount of gas extraction is about 1 times higher than that of conventional drilling, which realizes pressure relief and permeability improvement of coal seam and improves the tightness of drilling.
