    Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology of No.3-5 Composite Coal Seam Zone in Madaotou Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决马道头煤矿3-5号复合煤层在综放开采时采空区丢煤量大、端头漏风率高、支架间及冒顶区的浮煤浓度高、异常火区气体指标超限等问题,研究采用了采空区注氮、支架间及后方冒顶区喷洒阻化剂、异常火区注浆和端头封堵的分区防灭火技术。经在8210综放工作面试验研究,应用效果表明:回采期间采空区、工作面和支架之间的温度控制在30 ℃以内,CO气体始终保持在24×10-6以下,且从未出现C2H4、C2H6等标志性气体,综放工作面安全高效完成回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as large amount of coal lost in goaf, high air leakage rate at the end, high concentration of floating coal between supports and roof areas, and gas index over-limit in abnormal fire area of No.3-5 composite coal seam in Madaotou Coal Mine during fully mechanized caving mining, the technologies of nitrogen injection in goaf, chemical retardant spraying between supports and rear roof area, grouting in abnormal fire area and end sealing were studied. Through the experimental study in 8210 full-mechanized caving mining face, application effect showed that, in mining period, the temperature control of the mined-out area, working face and supports between was within 30 ℃, CO gas is always kept below 24×10-6, and representative gas such as C2H4 and C2H6 has ever appeared. The fully mechanized caving face can safely and efficiently complete mining.
