    Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion in Goaf Based on Composite Inert Gas

    • 摘要: 为有效消除矿井采空区自然发火隐患,针对现有矿井单一惰性气体防灭火技术的不足,开展复合惰性气体防灭火技术研究。结合N2与CO2防灭火机理及其特性分析,提出地面固定式N2与CO2耦合气体耦合灌注的复合惰性气体防灭火系统。通过大兴矿南二905工作面防灭火工程实践表明,采用复合惰性气体防灭火技术可以快速有效降低隐患区域环境温度、氧气与自然发火标志性气体浓度等参数,保障矿井安全高效开采。

       

      Abstract: To effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of natural fire in mine goaf, the research on composite inert gas fire prevention technology is carried out in view of the shortage of single inert gas fire prevention technology in existing mines. Combined with the mechanism of N2 and CO2 fire prevention and its characteristics analysis, a composite inert gas fire prevention system with ground fixed N2 and CO2 coupled gas coupled perfusion is proposed. Through the practice of fire prevention engineering of S2905 working face of Daxing Mine, the composite inert gas fire prevention technology can quickly and effectively reduce the parameters such as ambient temperature, oxygen and the concentration of the gas maker in the hidden danger area, and ensure the safe and efficient mining of the mine.
