    采动稳定区套管钻井专用钻头的设计

    Design of Special Drill Bit for Casing Drilling in Mining Stability Zone

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种套管钻井专用钻头,主要对钻头的结构设计、冠面形状及钢体选材进行了阐述;并通过有限元对钻头进行模拟分析。分析结果表明,该钻头的结构设计可靠,选材合理,能够满足正常钻井要求,并可实现采动稳定区破碎带套管钻井一体化工艺的实施。

       

      Abstract: A special drilling bit for casing drilling was introduced. The structure design of the drill, the shape of the crown, and the material selection of the steel body were mainly described. The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the drill bit. The analysis results show that the drill bit has a reliable structural design, reasonable material selection, which can meet the requirements of normal drilling, and can realize the implementation of integrated drilling technology for casing drilling in the crushing zone of the mining and stable area.
