    • 摘要: 研发了一种新的工作面刮板输送机直线定位推移技术。用1组支架直接推移1组溜槽同时横向前移,推移中,一是控制成组溜槽中首溜槽和尾溜槽的水平转动角度,二是控制成组溜槽之间不形成水平转角,每节溜槽在移动中不发生转动,只作直线移动,使每节溜槽在横向移动中均受到控制、不能随机和任意转动,消除了刮板机横向移动中的无序状况,同时也消除了由于溜槽转动而导致的刮板链受力不均等问题,从而提高了刮板链的使用寿命。同时建立支架推移缸行程传感器数据库,及时控制刮板机推移状态,实现工作面自动取直。

       

      Abstract: A new linear positioning and pushing technology of working face scraper conveyor is developed. A group of chutes are moved straight forward with a set of brackets. The first one is to control the horizontal rotation angle of the head chute and tail chute in a group of chutes, and the other is to control the formation of water levelling angles between groups of chutes, each chute dose not rotate in motion, but only moves in a straight line, so that each chute is controlled in transverse movement, and cannot rotate randomly and arbitrarily, it eliminates the disordered condition in the crosswise movement of the scraper and also eliminates the uneven force on the scraper chain caused by the guide of the chute to increase the service life of the scraper chain. At the same time, it establishes the database of support push cylinder sensor, controls the scraper shift state in time, realizes automatic straightening of working face.
