    • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿用全液压钻机胶筒式液压卡盘存在的问题,分析了液压卡盘的设计要求,提出了斜面增力式液压卡盘的总体方案。通过结构分析和理论计算,设计了一种6 500 N·m钻机配套的斜面增力式液压卡盘。该卡盘具有结构简单,拆装方便,安全可靠,施工效率高等特点。并在6 500 N·m全液压钻机上使用,在淮北杨柳矿进行了现场工业性试验;试验表明该卡盘可靠性高,便于维护,能有效提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of cylinder type hydraulic chuck of full hydraulic drill used in coal mine, the design requirements of hydraulic chuck was analyzed and the overall scheme of bevel type and force-enhancing hydraulic chuck is proposed. Through structural analysis and theoretical calculation, a hydraulic chuck with inclined plane force-enhancing for 6 500 N·m drill was designed. The chuck has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient disassembly, reliable, and high construction efficiency. It is also used on 6 500 N·m all-hydraulic drilling rig, and industrial test was carried out in Yangliu Mine in Huaibei. The test showed that the chuck is reliable, easy to maintain and can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
