    • 摘要: 通过数值模拟与现场考察对顾桥煤矿进行下保护层保护效果验证。顾桥煤矿下保护层11-2煤层开采,配合13-1底抽巷卸压抽采瓦斯,若瓦斯抽采率达到60% 以上,则在保护层工作面被保护范围内被保护煤层膨胀变形率增大到5‰ 以上;煤层残余瓦斯含量、残余瓦斯压力、计算瓦斯压力、煤样坚固性系数、瓦斯放散指数及综合指标均不超标,消除了被保护区域13-1煤层的突出危险性,实现垂直保护。且由数值模拟可得被保护煤层受采动影响范围:切眼位置的采动影响线扩展到外侧50 m,工作面位置的采动影响线扩展到外侧100 m。

       

      Abstract: Through numerical simulation and field investigation, the protection effect of lower protective layer of Guqiao Coal Mine is verified. Lower protective layer of Guqiao Coal Mine 11-2 coal seam is mined with pressure relief gas drainage in 13-1 bottom drainage roadway. If the gas extraction rate is above 60%, the expansion deformation rate of the protected coal seam is increased to more than 5‰ in the protected area under protection. The residual gas content, the residual gas pressure, the calculated gas pressure, the coal sample strength coefficient, the gas dispersion index and the comprehensive index are not exceeded, the outburst danger of the protected area in 13-1 coal seam is eliminated and vertical protection is realized. It is obtained from numerical simulation that the protected coal seam is affected by the mining effect. The mining influence line of the location of the cut hole is extended to the outer side 50 m, and the mining influence line of the working face is extended to the outer 100 m.
