    Study on Design of High Level Drilling Based on Distribution Characteristics of Overburden Fractures

    • 摘要: 以某煤矿0403工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析,数值模拟和现场实测3种方法,对4号煤层开采后的断裂带高度、初次来压和周期开压步距、采动覆岩裂隙分布特征进行了研究,并用于指导钻孔设计。现场实践表明:通过向覆岩裂隙区施工设计合理的钻孔,抽采瓦斯单孔浓度可达32%~55%,单孔纯量可维持0.15~0.24 m3/min,可使得上隅角瓦斯浓度可降低65%,回风流浓度降低69%,有效地解决了工作面回采期间回风流和上隅角瓦斯浓度偏高的问题;同时发现钻孔可超前终孔位置10~20 m发挥作用。

       

      Abstract: Taking 0403 working face as the engineering background, through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement method, the distribution characteristics of fracture zone height, the distance of first weight and periodical weight, and the fracture distribution of mining overburden are studied on the coal seam of No.4 coal seam. Then, it is used to guide the drilling design. The field practice shows that: through arranging the reasonable drilling in the overburden fracture zone, the concentration of single hole in extraction gas can reach 32% to 55%, and the degree of purity can be maintained at 0.15 m3/min to 0.24 m3/min, and the upper corner gas concentration can be reduced by 65%, the return air reduced by 69%. It effectively solves the problem of high gas concentration in the return air and upper corner of the working face. At the same time, it is also found that the drilling can play a role of 10~20 m in advance.
