    基于优化的Penny模型煤岩压裂水平缝计算及分析

    Calculation and Analysis of Horizontal Fracture of Coal and Rock Based on Optimized Penny Model

    • 摘要: 根据煤岩渗透率各项异性、水平主应力差等因素影响,水平裂缝各向延伸速度不同的现象,提出了轴长比控制水平缝各向的延伸速度,并给出轴长比的一种计算方法。在Penny模型的基础上建立了非牛顿流体下水平缝延伸数学模型,并给出缝长、最大缝宽及缝内压降的显示格式。通过数值计算及采用单因素变量的方法,分析了轴长比、施工排量、压裂液黏度及综合滤失系数对计算结果的影响。研究表明:压裂液黏度增加可较大幅度提高水平缝的缝宽值;提高排量后径向缝长、缝宽均一定程度增加;当滤失量增加时,裂缝三维尺寸均减小,且裂缝宽度降低较快。轴长比计算公式及非等径扩展模型的建立为水平缝尺寸计算及机理分析提供新方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the anisotropy of permeability of coal and rock and the difference of horizontal principal stress, and the phenomenon that the velocity of horizontal fracture is different in each direction, the axial length ratio is proposed to control the velocity of horizontal fracture in each direction, and a calculation method of axial length ratio is given. On the basis of Penny model, the mathematical model of horizontal joint extension in Non-Newtonian fluid is established, and the display formats of joint length, maximum width and pressure drop are given. The influences of axis length ratio, construction pump rate, fracturing fluid viscosity and comprehensive filtration coefficient on the calculation results are analyzed by numerical calculation and single factor variable method. The results show that increasing the viscosity of fracturing fluid can greatly increase the width of horizontal fracture. After increasing pump rate, radial seam length and width both increased to some extent. When the filtration loss increases, the three-dimensional size of cracks decreases, and the width of cracks decreases rapidly. The calculation formula of axial length ratio and the establishment of non-equal diameter expansion model provide a new method for the calculation and mechanism analysis of horizontal joint size.
