    • 摘要: 为探究综采工作面在不同时间尺度与空间结合下粉尘的运移规律,运用ANSYS-FLUENT求解器对其进行数值模拟,分析截割产尘20、40、80 s后综采面不同空间位置的粉尘浓度分布及运移轨迹,并通过现场实测验证模拟结果的准确性。结果表明:前滚筒中心至下风侧10.3 m,底板上方2.1 m至顶板的架前空间以及前滚筒中心至下风侧45.1 m、底板上方0.9 m至顶板的人行道空间出现最大风速分别为3.1、2.7 m/s的高速风流区。随着产尘从20 s增至80 s后,前滚筒截割尘流由采煤机道涌入架前及人行道的位置由其中心下风侧4.1、10.3 m分别缩减至2.1、6.2 m,后滚筒截割尘流的污染区域由其中心下风侧39.8 m逐渐覆盖架前及人行道的全断面空间。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the movement laws of dust production in different time scales and space combination in fully mechanized coal mining face, ANSYS-FLUENT solver was used to carry out numerical simulation. The dust concentration distribution and trajectory in different space positions of fully mechanized coal mining face after cutting dust production 20 s, 40 s and 80 s were analyzed, and the accuracy of simulation results was verified by field measurement. The results show that high-speed air flow zones with maximum wind speeds of 3.1 and 2.7 m/s respectively occur in the front drum center to the downwind side 10.3 m, the frame front space from 2.1 m above the bottom plate to the roof, the sidewalk space from the center of the front drum to the downwind side 45.1 m, and the sidewalk space from 0.9 m above the bottom plate to the roof. With the increase of dust production from 20 s to 80 s, the positions of the front drum cutting dust flow from the shearer lane to the front of the shelf and the sidewalk are reduced from 4.1 m and 10.3 m to 2.1 m and 6.2 m respectively at the downwind side of the center, and the pollution area of the back drum cutting dust flow is gradually covered by 39.8 m at the downwind side of the center.
