    土城矿采空区自燃“三带”宽度的划定

    • 摘要: 13164工作面因煤层分层回采导致煤炭遗留在采空区,为解决采空区遗煤自燃问题,采用束管法在工作面布置测点测定其走向方向上氧气及一氧化碳浓度,从其浓度上分析出13164采空区自燃“三带”宽度,测定得出13164工作面散热带为0~45 m、氧化带45~73 m、窒息带73 m以里,同时分析出自燃“三带”形态;根据自燃“三带”形态,提出了注氮、减少采空区漏风及喷洒阻化剂多种措施相结合防治采空区遗煤自燃,防灭火效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Coal is left in goaf at 13164 working face due to stratified mining of coal seam, to solve residual coal spontaneous combustion problem in goaf, the concentration of oxygen and carbon monoxide in the direction of working face was determined by the beam tube method, the spontaneous combustion “three zones” width of 13164 goaf is analyzed from its concentration. It was determined that the dispersion zone of 13164 working surface was 0 to 45 m, the oxidation zone 45 to 73 m, and the asphyxiation zone is within 73 m, and the spontaneous combustion “three zones” forms were analyzed; according to the form of “three zones” of spontaneous combustion, several measures of nitrogen injection, reducing air leakage in goaf and spraying retardant agent are proposed to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf, and the fire prevention effect is remarkable.
