    煤矿井下作业疲劳影响因素及对策研究

    Study on Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Underground Work Fatigue in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 在导致煤矿事故发生的因素中,作业疲劳因素是其中的一个重要影响因素。为探究煤矿井下作业疲劳影响因素,构建煤矿井下作业疲劳影响因素体系,通过编制并发布调查问卷收集样本数据。对样本数据采用SPSS21.0软件进行分析,提取出5个影响因子:作业本身、作业人员、作业环境、机器设备、组织管理,构建煤矿井下作业疲劳影响因素模型,并对此模型运用AMOS17.0软件进行验证性分析。研究结果显示,对煤矿井下作业疲劳影响的程度依次是:组织管理>作业本身>机器设备>作业环境>作业人员。然后,根据煤矿井下作业疲劳影响程度提出了相应的对策措施。

       

      Abstract: Work fatigue is an important factor that causes coal mine accidents. The factors influencing the fatigue of underground operation of coal mine is explored, and the factors influencing the fatigue of underground operation of coal mine is constructed. Sample data were collected by compiling and releasing questionnaires. The sample data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software, and five impact factors were extracted: the work itself, the worker, the working environment, the machinery equipment, and the organization and management. The model for influence factors of underground working fatigue in coal mine was constructed, and the model was validated by AMOS 17.0 software. The research results show that the effect degree of fatigue on underground coal mine operation in turn is: organization and management > work itself > machinery equipment > working environment > worker. Then, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed according to the degree of underground work fatigue in coal mine.
