    Experimental Study on Characteristics of Gas Explosion in Large Pipelines and Its Terminal Damage to Animals

    • 摘要: 为了探讨瓦斯在大型管道中的爆炸特性及管道末端小白鼠瓦斯爆炸伤的伤情特点,在直径2 000 mm的管道中,进行3种典型浓度下不同体积分数的瓦斯爆炸试验,并在管道末端放置数只健康小白鼠,观察其伤亡情况。分析不同体积和浓度下瓦斯压力、温度、火焰传播规律这3个爆炸特性及深入观察小白鼠爆炸伤后各组织、器官的损伤特性。实验结果表明,爆炸冲击波和温度是导致爆炸伤亡的主要原因,瓦斯浓度为9.5%,体积为1.6 m3时,爆炸压力、爆炸温度和火焰传播速度达到均达到峰值,此时的小白鼠的死亡数量最大,损伤程度最高,主要表现为烧伤、肺部出血和脑组织出血。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the explosion characteristics of gas in large pipes and the characteristics of gas explosion injury of the mice at the end of the pipe, the gas explosion tests were carried out with three typical concentrations in the pipe with 2 000 mm diameter, and several healthy mice were placed at the end of the pipe to observe the injury and death. Three characteristics of gas pressure, temperature and flame propagation under different volumes and concentrations were analyzed, and the damage characteristics of tissues and organs of rats after explosion injury were observed. The experimental results show that explosion shock wave and temperature are the main causes of explosion casualties. When the gas concentration is 9.5%, the volume is 1.6 m3, the explosion pressure, the explosion temperature and the flame propagation speed reach the peak value. At this time, the number of dead mice was the largest, and the degree of damage was the highest. The main injuries were burns, pulmonary hemorrhage, and brain tissue hemorrhage.
