    Experimental Study on Effect of Ambient Temperature on Maximum Surface Temperature of Locomotive Lamp

    • 摘要: 为了研究环境温度对机车灯最高表面温度试验的影响,通过改变高低温湿热试验箱试验时的环境温度,获得了7组不同环境温度下最高表面温度试验的测量结果。对试验结果的分析表明:环境温度影响最高表面温度试验结果,并产生误差,最大误差为17.8 ℃,发生在LED灯处,为此建议LED机车灯应在环境温度下限进行最高表面温度试验。

       

      Abstract: To study the effect of ambient temperature on the maximum surface temperature test of locomotive lamp, changing the ambient temperature of the test through the high and low temperature humidity and heat test box, the different results of maximum surface temperature tests at seven groups of ambient temperatures were obtained. It is shown by analysis of the test results that: the ambient temperature affects the maximum surface temperature test results and produces errors. The maximum error is 17.8 ℃, which occurs at the LED lamp. Finally, it is suggested that the maximum surface temperature test of LED locomotive lamp should be carried out at the lower limit of ambient temperature.
