    Combined Extraction Technology for Connection of Ground Drilling Fracturing and Underground Drainage Boreholes

    • 摘要: 针对我国高瓦斯矿井采用单一井下抽采或地面抽采方法,抽采达标时间长,难以满足高产高效需要的技术难题,进行了实验室水力致裂及数值模拟的理论分析,分析了裂缝扩展的影响因素,给出了地面压裂裂缝扩展理论计算方法,为地面压裂造缝、布孔设计等提供理论支撑,研究了地面压裂作业与井下抽采钻孔合理的时间和空间衔接关键参数,实现了地面压裂井与井下钻孔的安全对接和联合压抽,提升了矿井瓦斯抽采效率,有效地保障了矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: For the technical problems that long drainage standard time is difficult to meet the needs of high production and efficiency by using a single underground extraction or ground extraction method for high gas mine in our country, theoretical analysis was carried out with the laboratory of hydraulic fracturing and numerical simulation. The influence factors of crack propagation were analyzed. The theory calculation method of ground fracturing crack propagation are given, which provides theoretical support for the ground fracturing fracture-making and design of hole arrangement. The key parameters of reasonable space and time connection between ground fracturing operation and underground extraction drill hole were studied. The fracturing and extraction joint and the safe connection between ground fracturing well and underground extraction drill hole were realized. It improves mine gas extraction efficiency and provides effective guarantee for mine safety production.
