    • 摘要: 现有传统的火力切割和手动切割工艺在煤矿井下爆炸气体环境下的使用,具有很大的局限性,难以满足日益提高的安全生产和事故救援的需求。通过总结水力切割的基本原理,对比传统切割工艺,分析水力切割技术的优势,介绍了力切割技术在煤矿安全生产方面的研究和应用情况,结合矿山事故救援的实际需求,展望水力切割技术在矿山救援领域的应用前景,并提出了水力切割技术装备的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: The existing conventional fire cutting and manual cutting processes have great limitations in the use of coal mine underground explosive gas environment, and it is difficult to meet the increasing demand for safe production and accident rescue. This paper summarizes the basic principles of hydraulic cutting, compares the traditional cutting processes, analyzes the advantages of hydraulic cutting technology, and studies the research and application of hydraulic cutting technology in coal mine safety production, and looks forward to the hydraulic power combined with the actual needs of mine accident rescue. The application prospect of cutting technology in the field of mine rescue has proposed the development direction of hydraulic cutting technology equipment.
