    Mining Technology for Remote Visualization and Unmanned Working Face in Fully-mechanized Mining of Thin Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以滨湖煤矿12210工作面为研究背景,提出了一套薄煤层综采远程可视化智能无人工作面开采技术,通过融合采煤相关的配套设备,来实现设备间的联动控制;介绍了智能化总体设计方案、工作面配套基本设备、系统平台监控中心功能。12210工作面采用智能无人工作面开采技术后,研究结果表明:缩短了回采周期、减少了工作面作业人员、增加了工作面产量。

       

      Abstract: A set of remote visualization intelligent unmanned working face mining technology for thin seam fully mechanized mining was proposed based on 12210 working face of Binhu Coal Mine. Through the organic integration of shearer, scraper conveyor, hydraulic support and other equipment, the linkage control and related locking of the complete set of equipment are realized. The general design plan of the intellectualization, the basic equipment of the working face, and the monitoring function of the system platform are introduced. The results of field study on 12210 working face in Binhu Coal Mine show that the mining period is shortened, the working staff is reduced, and the output of working face is increased.
