    Development of Directional Drilling Rig for Narrow Coal Mine Roadway and Application

    • 摘要: 针对西南地区狭窄巷道定向钻进需求,利用钻进与定向动力集成至泵车理念研制了摆布灵活的两体式定向钻机ZDY6000LD(F),通过开发双马达串并联远程调节的大通孔动力头、大角度的多级缸过压保护式调角装置、串联组合缸式给进装置、新型合金钢耐磨导轨和闭合式组合过滤液压系统,实现了钻机结构优化和性能提升,提高了关键部件寿命,增强了液压系统安全性和清洁度,改善了钻机的工艺适应性。贵州青龙矿复杂地层中顶板高位孔钻进施工试验结果表明:钻机具有场地适应性强、钻进效率高,钻孔轨迹控制精度高和施工可操作性强的特点。

       

      Abstract: The flexible two-position directional drilling rig ZDY6000LD(F) was developed using the concept of drilling and directional power integrated into the pump truck, after analyzing narrow coal mine roadway in southwest directional drilling requirements, through the development of double motors remotely adjusting the series-parallel hole power head, large angle of multistage cylinder overpressure protection tuning angle device, serial combination cylinder type feeding device, new alloy steel wear-resisting guide rail and closed combined filtration hydraulic system, we implement the drilling rig structure optimization and performance improvement, and improve the working life of the key components, enhance the hydraulic system cleanliness and safety, improve the technology of drilling adaptability. And drilling construction has carried on the roof high level directional borehole in complex formation of Qinglong Mine in Guizhou Province. Experimental results show that drilling rig has a strong adaptability, high drilling efficiency, high precision borehole trajectory control and strong operability and construction.
