    Application Design of Non-electric Transfer Point Spray Control Valve

    • 摘要: 设计了一种适应水压0.5~10 MPa、使用寿命大于100 000次、具有防堵功能的无电型转载点喷雾控制阀,介绍了控制阀的工作原理,及阀板进水的防堵设计和阀芯的防堵设计;无电型转载点喷雾控制阀因结构简单无需用电,从而不需要布置电缆引入电源,所以具有安装方便、易维护、故障率低、适应各种恶劣工作环境等优点。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a kind of non-electric transfer point spray control valve with anti-plugging function is designed, which can adapt to water pressure from 0.5 to 10 MPa, service life more than 100 000 times. The working principle of the control valve is introduced, and the anti-plugging design of the inlet water of the valve plate and the design of the valve core are introduced. Because of its simple structure without electricity, it has the advantages of convenient installation, easy maintenance, low failure rate and adaptability to all kinds of bad working environment.
