    • 摘要: 针对复杂设备操作培训理论讲解、实物操作等传统方式培训效果差的问题,研发以高仿真、全尺寸硬件操作台和VR虚拟现实仿真软件为主的半实物综采实操平台。系统分析相关规定,规划培训内容,构建统一的代表性虚拟场景和配套设备,开发仿真软件;基于主从单片机,开发可扩展的数据采集及通信系统,实现硬件平台的数据采集及与软件实时交互;基于VR物理空间定位及弯曲传感器,开发虚拟现实定位及动作捕捉系统,解决佩戴VR头显设备条件下的设备准确操作问题。

       

      Abstract: According to poor effect of theory explanation, material object operation and other traditional training methods, a semi-physical fully-mechanized mining practical operating platform mainly composed of high fidelity full-size control device and virtual reality (VR) simulation software has been developed. Simulation software has been developed based on system analysis of relevant regulations, planning of training content, building of a unified representative virtual scene and supporting equipment. Based on master-slave microcontroller, scalable data acquisition and communication system has been developed to achieve operating platform data and interact with software in real-time. Based on the technology of VR physical space positioning and bending sensor, VR positioning and motion capture system has been developed to solve the problem of accurate equipment operation with VR head display device.
