    Design of Hydraulic System for Mine Rubber Wheel Car Based on Wet Brake

    • 摘要: 设计了一种适用于矿用胶轮车多功能湿式制动器的液压系统,双路充液阀将行车制动和驻车制动相互独立,双路制动阀将前桥后桥相互独立,且驻车制动和紧急制动为失压制动,使制动系统更加安全可靠,通过计算对各个液压元件进行选型,用AMESim仿真和试验相结合的方式对选型结果进行验证,验证选型合理。

       

      Abstract: A kind of hydraulic system for wet brake of rubber wheel car is designed. Through designing independent service brake and parking brake by a double prefill valve, and independent front axle and rear axle by a double brake valve, as well as a pressure-loss brake for both service brake and parking brake, these make the system more secure. To select the models of components by calculation, and the results of calculation were verified by combining the simulation with AMESim and experiment.
