    • 摘要: 在多电机共同驱动带式输送机时,主要存在的问题是多电机间的功率输出不平衡问题。为进一步研究带式输送机双电机驱动功率不平衡因素对其功率不平衡的影响,利用AMESim软件建立双电机CST(可控起动传输)驱动带式输送机模型,重点研究负载和电机延时启动对其功率不平衡因素的影响,为带式输送机多电机驱动在实际工作中应用提供参考和依据。

       

      Abstract: When the belt conveyor is driven by multiple motors, the power output imbalance between the motors is the main problem. To further study the influence of the unbalanced power of the belt conveyor with dual-motor driving power on its power imbalance, the model of the dual-motor CST driving belt conveyor is established by AMESim software, and the influence of the load and the delay start of the motor on the power imbalance factor is emphatically studied, and the multi-motor drive of the belt conveyor is used in the actual work. It provides reference and basis for the application.
