    • 摘要: 针对煤矿中小型回转钻机工况,传统采用有线通讯方式的储存式测斜仪,存在线缆成本高、接口工艺难、不方便操作等问题;提出一种适用于同步机和测斜仪之间的无线通讯策略,该策略可实现测量数据的精确传输;同时,设计了一种微小型探管(外径/20 mm,长度/692 mm),在实现不退钻测量的情况下,筛管能够自由下放。现场试验数据表明,该装置具有便捷可靠、数据精确等特点。

       

      Abstract: For working condition of medium and small rotary drilling rigs in coal mines, the traditional storage inclinometer with wired communication method has problems of high cable cost, difficult interface technology and inconvenient operation. This paper proposes a wireless communication strategy for synchronous machine and inclinometer that enables accurate transmission of measurement data. At the same time, a miniature probe (outer diameter/20 mm, length/692 mm) was designed, and the screen tube can be freely lowered without measuring the drill. The field test shows that the device is convenient, reliable and accurate.
